Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. If your order is over $50, you may qualify for free standard shipping, so be sure to check our promotions page for additional offers. We also provide international shipping to select locations outside the U.S., so you can enjoy our products wherever you are. RETURNS
Our returns policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your hair products, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that we do not accept returns on wigs, weaves, or hair accessories that have been opened or worn due to hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will provide you with instructions on how to send your items back.

Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In the case of a defective or damaged item, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
